As part of our efforts to keep members up-to-date on the development at Silk Hope, we will be sending you an email every other week with the latest information and photos. Two homes are under construction; the first one is expected to be completed in October, and the second home is expected to be completed in January.
As previously communicated to members, we are inviting all Savannah, Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Richmond Hill Realtors to a Realtor Open House on Tuesday, April 30 to learn about the Silk Hope development and see the progress on the houses and amenities first-hand. The event will take place at 120 Riceland Way, the Burghley Village Home at Silk Hope.
Realtors will enjoy complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, and Anthony Cissell of Sottile & Sottile will give a brief presentation on the overall project. We look forward to showing these Realtors the exciting work that has already started in the Final Phase Development at Silk Hope and how The Ford Plantation is the perfect community for their clientele seeking a community of interesting friends and neighbors.
